Process and what to expect during an
investigation |

| Step 1: SIM will contact you for a preview
meeting which should include going over what kind of activity
you have in your home or business. This can be done in-person or
over the phone. |

| Step 2: SIM will arrange a date that works
for you to come and do an investigation. |
|
| Step 3: SIM will arrive at your home and
business at the scheduled time and review with you the activity
you have experience, and where most of the activity is taking
place. |
|
| Step 4: SIM will do a walk-through of the
building or home and decide where to place the equipment during
the investigation. |
|
| Step 5: The investigation will take 2-4
hours and should be done between 10pm-2am. |
|
| Note: it is very important that we do not
get any outside noise or contamination during the investigation
so if possible we ask that you are not present at the home or
business during this time. We will do our best to come up with a
plan that you are very comfortable with before starting the
investigation. |

What to expect after the investigation |
| Step 1: SIM will go over the evidence they
gathered during the investigation |
|
| Step 2: SIM will contact you
within 2 weeks to set up a meeting to go over evidence that they
found during the time they were at your home or business. |
|
| Step 3: At the reveal SIM
will inform you of all the evidence that they found and if they
feel it is paranormal or normal activity. |
|
| Step 4: At this time or
anytime during any stage you can feel free to ask questions or
give us any feedback that you have. |
|
| Step 5: SIM will not share or
reveal any evidence paranormal or otherwise to anyone outside
the SIM family unless you give us your full permission |
